May this light
Guide my heart
In times of loneliness
Try to remember this:
"Once you became a Scout
You'll remain as is"
And the light
That you bring within your heart
Will guide a you along the way
To a place, our home, called "Scouting"
Time will come
And you will take my place
I'll be gone
But my spirit will remain
With this light
Guide those
Who will come along your way
As you pass on this light to them
