Dear fellow Scouts and Scouters,
Once again, our society is in a crucial situation. Flooding is everywhere and the volume of the rain water due to the typhoon Mario is expected to rise further. I am praying that those among us who have a warm and safe place would open their doors to their neighbors in need and even to strangers. i am praying that we would be more generous to all people in need in emergency situation like this.
