About Helping Others

It is an extra-ordinary thing nowadays to offer help to others. When you did something nice to them, they seem to accuse you of having vested interest in return. Or they would ask you, “Why did you help me, are you a Boy Scout?” Since I am, I often replied, “I am doing this for God and so that you would do the same to others.” In Scouting, we pledged for service to others and love of God.
